Documents You Need to File Bankruptcy in Ohio

The following is a list of documents required by the Federal government in order to file a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy in Ohio.  An experienced Columbus Ohio Bankruptcy Attorney will be able to assist you with gathering the required documentation and will be able to file an error-free bankruptcy petition on your behalf.
